Product Care

Our tallow skincare products are handmade in small batches using natural, temperature-sensitive ingredients. Because tallow can soften or melt when exposed to heat, we recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Please do not leave your tallow in a hot car, direct sunlight, or other warm environments. Exposure to heat may soften or melt the product and can alter its whipped texture or consistency. While this does not necessarily mean the product is unusable, the texture may not return to its original whipped consistency once it cools.

For the best experience, bring your tallow indoors as soon as possible after delivery or pickup and store it in a cool environment.

Orders & Returns

Because our products are handmade and are personal skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up.

Please review your order before completing your purchase and make sure your shipping and delivery information is correct.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there is an issue with the product itself, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the product and packaging. We are always happy to review the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
